Sarah M. Anderson sold Indian Princess to Stacy Boyd, senior editor of Harlequin Desire.  Sarah is represented by Laurie McLean of Larsen/Pomada Literary Agents.

Catherine Andorka's contemporary romance, Fly Me to Paradise, will be released by Five Star in March 2011.

Young Adult author B.A. Binns sold PULL (out now!) to WestSide Books.  She is represented by Andrea Somberg of the Harvey Klinger Agency.  B.A. Binns was also a 2010 Golden Heart finalist for her manuscript Damaged Goods in the category of Novel with Strong Romantic Elements.

Sherrill Bodine's book, A Black Tie Affair, came out in January 2010.   This is her second book with Grand Central Publishing.

Marilyn Brant's debut novel from 2009, According to Jane, took 1st place in the Single Title category in the Aspen Gold Reader's Choice published authors contest. Her second novel, Friday Mornings at Nine (out now!), was a featured alternate selection on both the Doubleday Book Club & the Book-of-the-Month Club.  Her third novel, A Summer in Europe, will be released by Kensington Books in November 2011.

The Death of Bridezilla, a romantic thriller by Laurie Brown, was released in January 2010 by Little Black Dress. The sequel, Over His Dead Body, will be coming soon. What Would Jane Austen Do? (Sourcebooks, 2009) was a 2010 RITA finalist in the Paranormal Romance category. Two new time travels in the same vein—What Would Jane Austen Risk? and What Would Jane Austen Choose?—were sold to Deb Werksman of Sourcebooks Casablanca.

Joelle Charbonneau's debut novel, the comedic mystery Skating around the Law, is available now from St. Martin's/Minotaur.  She sold the 2nd and 3rd books in the Rebecca Robbins mystery series last August.  Her next book, Skating over the Line, is due out in September 2011.Simone booksigning image

Simone Elkeles won the 2010 RITA Award for her Young Adult novel Rules of Attraction.  Rules of Attraction hit both the New York Times and USA Today Bestseller lists, in addition to being a 2011 YALSA Quick Pick for Reluctant Readers nominee.  The third book in her Perfect Chemistry series, Chain Reaction, will be released by Walker Books for Young Readers in 2011.  Return to Paradise, the sequel to Leaving Paradise, was released by Flux in September 2010 and was nominated for the 2010 RT Reviewers' Choice Best Book Awards in the YA category.

Rhea Ference finaled in the Brenda Novak Mentoring Contest with her manuscript My Shackled Marquis.

The Groom Came Back by Abby Gaines won the 2010 Readers Crown Award.  Her Surprise Hero (Harlequin Superromance), The Comeback (Harlequin Nascar) and "Chasing the Dream" (in The Memory of a Kiss anthology, Harlequin Nascar) were also published in 2010.

Blythe Gifford's historical, In the Master's Bed, was named one of the best reads of 2009 by Romance Junkies.  It also finaled in the Short Historical category of the 2010 Reader's Crown contest and placed 3rd in The Lories Best Published Contest.  HIS BORDER BRIDE was featured in the July 2010 issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine—"Why You Love Red-Hot Reads".

Sandra Gale won 2nd place in the young adult category of the 2010 Golden Rose Contest with her manuscript Slick.

Elizabeth Harmon signed with Louise Fury of the L. Perkins Agency to represent her historical romance The Thief of Hearts.

Circle and Stone by Karen Dale Harris won 3rd place in the paranormal category of the Gateway to the Best Contest.

Something About You, Julie James' latest release, has gone into its 3rd printing and is a national bestseller!  Her next book, A Lot Like Love, will be out in March 2011.  Practice Makes Perfect (2009) finaled in the Long Contemporary Romance category of the 2010 Reader's Crown contest.

Release, by Beth Kery, was nominated for the 2010 RT Reviewers' Choice Best Book Awards in the Erotic Fiction category.  Explosive (Berkley Heat) and Velvet Cataclysm (Samhain) were also released in 2010.

Pamala Knight's manuscript, MEANT TO BE MINE, finaled in the Fantasy/Futuristic/Paranormal category of the 2010 Beacon Contest.

The second book in Maureen Lang's The Great War series, Whisper on the Wind, is available now. The third book, Springtime of the Spirit, will be out in March 2011.

Carrie Lofty's historical romance, Song of Seduction, was released in June 2010 as part of the Carina Press launch.  The sequel, Portait of Seduction, will be released in May 2011.  She also sold Flawless and Shameless, set in Victorian South Africa and Australia respectively, to Pocket Books in a 2-book deal.  Flawless will be released in November 2011.  The sequel to What a Scoundrel Wants, Scoundrel's Kiss, was released early in 2010 by Zebra.

Ellen Connor is a collaborative writing team comprised of Carrie Lofty and Ann Aguirre.  Their first apocalyptic paranormal romance novel, Nightfall, will be released in June 2011 by Berkley Sensation.  Midnight and Daybreak, the next two books in the Dark Age Dawning trilogy, are tentatively scheduled for release in September and December 2011 respectively.

Myrna Mackenzie's book, Rodeo Bride, received 4-1/2 stars from Romantic Times.  Saving Cinderella and Cowgirl Makes Three were also released in 2010.

Hanna Martine's paranormal romance Liquid Lies won 2nd place in the Maggie Contest and 3rd in The Write Stuff Contest.  Her manuscript The Isis Knot placed 2nd in the On the Far Side Contest.

Courtney Milan's second book, Trial by Desire, garnered a starred review from Booklist, a Top Pick! from Romantic Times, and was named one of Publishers Weekly’s Best Books of 2010.  Her first book, Proof by Seduction, was nominated for the 2010 RT Reviewers' Choice Best Book Awards in the First Historical Romance category.  Her romance novella, “This Wicked Gift” (in The Heart of Christmas anthology), was a 2010 RITA finalist and 2010 Reader's Crown finalist.  Unveiled, the start of her new series about the Turner brothers, will be released in February 2011.

Mary Alice Monroe's 1st novel, The Long Road Home, originally published by Harper in 1995, was released again in November—the first time in fifteen years!  Her New York Times bestselling novel, Last Light Over Carolina, was released in Trade Paperback and was a Books A Million book club pick for September 2010.  Her next book, The Butterfly's Daughter, will be released in May 2011.

Remember Me by Laura Moore received a 4-1/2 star review from Romantic Times.  The next book in the Rosewood Trilogy, Believe in Me, will be released in January 2011.  Believe in Me was picked as an alternate selection by Doubleday and Rhapsody Book Clubs.

Erica O'Rourke won RWA's 2010 Golden Heart Award for Best Young Adult Manuscript.  Her winning manuscript sold to Kensington in a 3-book deal and will open Kensington's new YA line, K Teen.  The sale was announced in Publisher's Marketplace:  "TORN—Golden Heart winner Erica O'Rourke's debut paranormal trilogy, in which a girl must choose between two guys and two equally dangerous worlds:  mob-connected Chicago and a magical underground society in New Orleans, in a three-book deal, in a pre-empt, to Alicia Condon at Kensington's K Teen, for publication in July 2011, by Joanna Volpe at Nancy Coffey Literary & Media Representation (NA)."

Annmarie Ortega's erotic romances Dragoness and "Wishes Through Time" in the anthology Medieval Menage are available now.

Nancy J. Parra signed with Erin C. Niumata at Folio Literary Management.  Her 10th book and latest historical romance, The Counterfeit Bride, will be out in 2011 by Avalon books.

The second book in Jenna Petersen's Billingham Bastards series, The Unclaimed Duchess, is available now.  The third book, A Scoundrel's Surrender, will be released August 2011.  Her erotic historical romance, Nothing Denied (written as Jess Michaels), is also out.  And last—but not least!—she has a new series under the name Jesse Petersen.  Married with Zombies was released in September 2010.  Flip this Zombie will be out in January 2011, followed by Eat, Slay, Love in June 2011.

Susan Elizabeth Phillips' latest novel, Call Me Irresistible, is coming out in January 2011.  She's hitting the road for a book tour that same day.  Check her website for her tour schedule.  Earlier novels are being reprinted as well.  Fancy Pants was released in December 2010, and Lady Be Good will be released in January 2011.

Mission of Hope, an inspirational historical romance by Allie Pleiter, is available now.  Bluegrass Easter, in the two-story collection Easter Promises, was also released in 2010.

Two action/adventure novels by Nick Pollotta, Moonfeast and Blood Chains, were released in 2010 under the pen name James Axler.  Reunion (as James Axler) and Dragonfire (as Don Pendelton) will be released in 2011.

Patricia Rosemoor's 50th Harlequin Intrigue, Saving Grace, was released in April 2010.  The first three books in The McKenna Legacy trilogy are now available in Amazon's Kindle store.

June Sproat's YA novel, Ordinary Me, is now available on Kindle.

Jennifer Stevenson signed with a new agent, Denise Little of the Ethan Ellenberg Literary Agency.

Wild Wedding Weekend and This Can't Be Love by Debra St. John are available now.  Her debut release, This Time for Always, is a Champagne Rose and Rosebud bestseller at The Wild Rose Press.

Margaret Watson had three Harlequin Superromances released in 2010:  Life Rewritten, Can't Stand the Heat and An Unlikely Setup.

Barbara Weitz sold her first novel, a contemporary romance, to The Wild Rose Press.  Teed Up for Love will be released in May 2011 in e-book format first, followed by print.

Renegade Soldier, a Harlequin Intrigue romance by Pat White, finaled in the 2010 Maggie Contest.
