Nancy J. Parra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism but turned to writing fiction when she discovered it was more fun to interview the people in her head.

Nancy’s book, The Lovin' Kind, was named one of the top ten romances of 2006 by Booklist Magazine. A member of Romance Writer’s of America for over fifteen years, Ms. Parra has been active in various chapters including Mid-America Romance Authors, The Golden Network, Midwest Romance Writers and Windy City.
